Website information
This website provides general information about Two Gs Digital and its services. Content may change and does not constitute a binding quotation, guarantee or professional advice.
Project engagements
Each project is subject to a separate written proposal or agreement covering scope, responsibilities, fees, payment terms, timelines, intellectual property, support and termination. An enquiry does not create a service agreement.
Third-party services
Projects may depend on hosting, payment, mapping, messaging or other third-party providers. Their own terms, availability and charges may apply and will be identified in the relevant proposal.
Intellectual property
Website content and branding may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership and licensing of project deliverables will be defined in the applicable project agreement.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep this website useful and available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Any limitation of liability for paid work must be stated in the signed project agreement and reviewed for compliance with applicable South African law.
Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by South African law. The final wording, business identity and dispute provisions must be confirmed through legal review.
